SEALS, Monika Ingrid, 72, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 24, 2012. Monika was born in Berlin, Germany on August 6, 1940 and moved to Brandon, Florida in 1987 with her husband Wyley and her daughter Veronica. Monika was a kind, loving, humble and compassionate person. She cared deeply about other people and was always willing to lend a helping hand and a shoulder to cry on. Monika was truly a good human being, inside and out. Monika loved the rain, nature and animals. She enjoyed going to the casino, doing the crossword puzzle, playing cards, going to the beach, and spending time with her friends from the Pinellas Park German American Society. Monika is survived by her loving family, her husband of 34 years, Wyley Seals, her daughter Veronica Hansen and partner Mi Hui Agualo, her brother Jürgen Jander, her sister Barbara Reiss, and her 17-year old cat Charlie. A celebration of her life will be held on October 9, 2012 at 1 p.m. at the E. James Reese Funeral Home, 6767 Seminole Boulevard, Seminole, Florida.
