James Richard Clanton. 56, of Riverview died Monday. March 1, 2010 as the result of a motorcycle accident. Born in Valdosta, GA., Jim was a local resident for 53 years. He was a driver for Con-way Freight, a job he truly loved. Jim also enjoyed golf, fishing, boating and his motorcycle. Survivors include his loving wife of 26 years, Gail, daughter; Jenny Clanton, brother; Billy (Carol) Clanton, sisters; Joy (Michael) Stone, Wanda (Robert) Buda, Martha Compola and Janice Clanton.
A Gathering of Remembrance will be held at Serenity Meadows Chapel, Saturday, March 6, 2010l. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and the service will begin at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, Florida Division, Inc., P.O.
